The Brand Academy GmbH operates the Brand University of Applied Sciences, a state-recognized, private, and dynamic university offering internationally accredited Bachelor's and Master's degree programs in Design, Management, and Communication. Founded in 2010 in Hamburg, the university maintains close relationships with partner universities in China.
To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a full-time
Your Responsibilities
Sales management for German- and English-taught Bachelor’s and Master’s programs
Student advisory services and applicant management for prospective students
Conducting consultation sessions via phone, video calls, and in-person meetings on campus
Providing personal support from the first contact until the contract is signed
Advising international students on visa applications, health insurance, residence permit extensions, housing, and more
Planning and executing events such as information evenings, workshops, and education fairs (both online and in person)
Reviewing application documents and supporting the admissions process
Assisting and advising academic program directors in the selection process
Establishing and maintaining relationships with international agencies
Close collaboration and support for the marketing department
Your Profile
A commercial education background, preferably in human resources, with strong communication and presentation skills
Proven sales experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
Ability to work independently with a confident, professional, and persuasive manner
A proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, flexibility, and team spirit

For this professorship position, candidates should demonstrate practical experience in brand campaigns and communication strategies across diverse markets. The course offerings are part of our English-speaking study program “Brand Communication”. Teaching is conducted in English. Pedagogical suitability should preferably be demonstrated through teaching experience at university level. A doctoral degree in a relevant field is required. We expect the willingness to teach at our Chinese partner university in Ningbo, China, regularly.
