As part of the “Strategic Planning” seminar, the 4th semester brand managers once again had the opportunity to get a taste of real customer experience.
Under the professional guidance of their lecturer and tbwa Planning Director Betty Siegel, they developed a positioning and communication strategy for the high-end manufacturer “Deumer”.
Johan Conze, customer and managing director of Deumer GmbH, is “... very impressed by the systematic approach and the results of the work. We hadn't expected this, especially after talking to a number of agencies.”
But the assignment for the Brand University of Applied Sciences does not end there: The brand managers finally handed over the briefing - just like in practice - to the Brand Design course the following semester.
